Thank you for booking your Telehealth visit. To better serve you on your visit please have the following with you on your visit should there be a need for any physical assessment.
-Blood pressure cuff, Apple watch or blood pressure reading device
-Email past lab result to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Please be in a room that has enough space to lie down and has a chair
There are two ways you can begin your Online appointment

Alternatively, you can access this same video call link by logging into your account on your clinic’s Jane site, using the Sign In button at the top of the page.
Reminder: If you have not yet downloaded our Jane Online Appointments App, you will be redirected to the App Store to download. Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to return to your email or My Account page to Begin the session. You will not be able to Begin the session from inside the app.
Step 2: Provider Consent
Jane and the clinic will need your consent before the video call begins. Scroll down and tap I consent to provide it.
Step 3: Connect Audio & Video
Jane’s Online Appointments App will now open to begin the video session!
Please note we require 48 hour notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. $50.00 will be automatically collect for No Show or less than 48 hour canceled appointment. It is our office policy booked appointments are given 48 hours confirmation via email, text or both.

Q: How do I know if there is alternative medical coverage on my insurance plan?
A: On the back of your insurance care there is a customer service number. You can call and inquire about Alternative medical coverage for Naturopathic Physician appointment. We also provide an insurance eligibility check prior to your booked appointment
